The user guide of openfoam 2.2.0 lists 3 types of boundary conditions, Base type、Primitive type and Derived type.

Question 1: Each type of boundary condition should be written in a case file, e.g, Base type→polymesh/boundary. What about Primitive type and Derived type.

Question 2: Is tractionDisplacement(stress analysis of a plate with a hole, tutorial 2 of user guide) a boundary condition? I don't find it on the table before.

other BCs should be assigned on 0 folder, on each variables (p, U and so on)

Is there a table or list consists of all BCs available in OpenFOAM?
If not, how do I know those keywords of BC not shown in user guide?:(

instead of BC type, use an irrelevant keyword :) for example xxxx, then in error message in terminal, you can see the keyword of other possible BCs
