The user guide of openfoam 2.2.0 lists 3 types of boundary conditions, Base type、Primitive type and Derived type.

Question 1: Each type of boundary condition should be written in a case file, e.g, Base type→polymesh/boundary. What about Primitive type and Derived type.

Question 2: Is tractionDisplacement(stress analysis of a plate with a hole, tutorial 2 of user guide) a boundary condition? I don't find it on the table before.

other BCs should be assigned on 0 folder, on each variables (p, U and so on)

Is there a table or list consists of all BCs available in OpenFOAM?
If not, how do I know those keywords of BC not shown in user guide?

instead of BC type, use an irrelevant keyword for example xxxx, then in error message in terminal, you can see the keyword of other possible BCs
