Problem with boxTurb

Hello,
I want to run an LES simulation of homogeneous isotropic turbulence in a box with OpenFOAM. This case is similar to the DNS case "boxTurb16" in the turtorials. I use the pre-processing utility "boxTurb" to generate the initial field. According to the algorithm employed, the spectrum defined in "Ek.H" should be the expected spectrum and most of the interesting codes of this utility lies in "turbGen.C".
However, I find that the obtained spectrum is different from the expected one. Only the form is similar but the magnitude is much lower. Besides, I note that the unit wavenumber is incorrect (which should be 2*pi/length of box) in the obtained spectrum.
If anyone has the same problem or I may have some misunderstandings? Thanks for your help.
