Boundary troubles

Hey, I am trying to simulate an axisymmertical geometry. In order to get that going I set up a wedge geometry and meshed it with Salome 7.3.0. To convert it for OF use I used the salomeToOpenFOAM script, transformPoints -scale '(0.001 0.001 0.001)' to adjust m -> mm and set the patches to wedge for the radial symmetry planes (and wall for the other ones).
However it yields incorrect results. To simplify the case I used uniform values as bc (i.e. for T). But paraFoam, while recognizing the boundaries correctly, shows a strange, incorrect distribution of T on those boundaries. Salome as well as checkMesh shows 1 unused point, which I can not really identify or rather the reason for it existing/being unused. It does not appear to be located in a noteworthy position which makes it all the more strange, but maybe that might be connected to the original issue. Here you can find the case as well as the Salome dump. It would be absolutely awesome if someone could help me out here, I really don't understand what is going on. Jakob |
