topoSetDict problem

Hi foamers
I want to know what should I do to define a sphere inside a cubic domain(shown in following picture). what should I write inside topoSetDict file in system directory? Your suggestion and helps would be greatly appreciated  Kind regards Mohsen |

I want to divide the domain to these two parts. for example I want to define two porosity for them.
