Tensor boundary condition

Dear Foamers,
How to apply stress (tensor) boundary condition at the inlet of any case file in OF? I wish to apply tauxy = mu(du/dy) in xy-direction (for Txy) at the inlet. How would I solve the above case? Any idea..
