BC for "infinite" water surface

Hi, I'm trying to change the Wigley hull interFoam tutorial boundary conditions so as to make surface waves propagate through the sides of the channel, as if there were an infinite water surface extending to either side.

They're set as symmetry planes in the tutorial so the waves are just reflected back. The changes I've tried so far have all resulted in the water level gradually becoming lower. Does anyone know how it could be done?
