Set velocity boundary conditions

Hi,
I draw a cylinder in a empty mesh with SnappyHexMesh and now i want to set the boundary condition for this cylinder. It's a rotating cylinder around its axis with constant velocity ( in modulus). How can i set a constant rotational velocity in the "U" file of the "0 " folder? thanks a lot!
