One way Fluid valve with leaflets CFD help
 

i am building a one way fluid valve to prevent backflow of water. It has a cylindrical housing with 2 leaflets which open in one direction. I need to analyze the turbulence created by the fluid leaflet interaction as well as stresses on the leaflet hinge.

I have analysed flow over solid bodies before but i have never done the analysis of the interaction of the fluid with with an assembly.

I am using Salome for preprocessing with openfoam and paraview.
please suggest any software for preprocessing if you think it would be better than Salome
