Bicycle in an airflow representative of the 1.5 m LSWT

Hi guys, I am a new user of OpenFOAM and I am with some problems to understand how to simulate a wind tunnel.

How can I represent the wind tunnel? Do I need to make a computational domain with the size of the wind tunnel?

Hi,

you should have a look at the OpenFOAM 'motor bike' tutorial first. This should answer most of your questions. The case is located in the ../OpenFOAM-2.x.y/tutorials/incompressible/simpleFoam/motorBike folder of your OpenFOAM installation. There are many resources with explanations for this case available online (Google is your friend here).
