How calculate the k-epsilon, omega on wall (formula)

hallo every one, How do calculate the epsilon, k , as nut on wall
such as,

wall1
{
type epsilonWallFunction;
value uniform ???;
}
I confused with the formula to calculate them.

the magnitude of value in

Code:

type         epsilonWallFunction;

is not important, you can assign any value

, because it is only in use at first iteration and is considered as place holder. in other iterations, it is calculated during runtime in code.
