hi ! I just wanted to run "Breaking of Dam" in tutorials of openfoam's userguied . but when I executed "blockMesh" , I saw this message :
failed writing polymesh from function blockmesh in file genblockmesh.C at line 428 FOAM exiting |

Did you copy your case to a folder where you have write access? With this little information it is hard to figure out what could be the problem, please read: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...-get-help.html Hope this helps, Wouter |
