problem with mapFields and setFields

Hi,I'm new to Openfoam.
I completed the tutorials without any problems but ran into some problems with mapfields and setfeilds utilities while trying to simulate the case for my project. I'm trying to simulate a bubble column in a 20X20 cm tank having a 90X200 mesh, where both the geometrical boundaries and mesh density are different from those supplied in the bubbleColumn tutorial case. So when I run setfields it shows mesh mismatch and i cant run mapfields as geometrical boundaries are not the same. How to get around this problem?
