Default How to use my inlet BC as internalField?

clktp is on a distinguished road
I need to use inlet boundary condition, which is atmBoundaryLayerInletVelocity, as internalField, but I couldn't do it. I can use swak4Foam, but I don't wanna use it. Is it possible to use a boundary condition as internalField?
