Thermophysical model for air (Compressible around 1000°C, 3 bar, 300m/s)

Hi Guys
I want to define thermophysical properties for air in chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam and want to incorporate Temperature and pressure dependencies for thermal capacity and viscosity. Operating point is in the range of 1000°C, 3 bar and velocities can go upto 300 m/s or more.
I have collected data for different temperatues and pressure and was thinking of using Polynomial models for both Cp and Mu, but it seems like polynomial functions are valid only for Incompressible media in Openfoam 2.0 (icoPoly3ThermoPhysics and icoPoly8ThermoPhysics)
Is it only limited to my versions OR it is a physical limitation to use Polynomial functions.
Also what other option do I have? Is Sutherland(viscosity) and Janaf(Cp) models applicable in these range of operating temp and pressures?

Thanks
Vineet
