Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use mapped BC for a non-conforming inlet/outlet. It has to be like that since I'm unable to create pa conformal inlet/outlet.

The problem I get is that nearestPatchFace crashes with no explenation (works on simple cartesian, non-conformal meshes).

nearestPatchFaceAMI crashes in a similary way already described trought the forum (i can offer more info).

Anyway, this is a very small thing, but it's incredibly frustrating.. Is there anywhere to your knowledge an example on how to use this?

I keep discovering new settings, but I cant find any tutorial employing non conformal mesh.

Also, this is done for science, I'm not making any money out of it..
Please help

If I use nearestPatchPoint I get :

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Unknown sampling mode: 3

for the case for which nearestPatchFace works...
