Hi

I have a question about Openfoam IO operations.
I have a text file containing a set of location vectors (x, y, z) and another file containing my input variable at these locations. There is no header in the file (Its just a text file in addition to the mesh file).
The location vectors are not necessarily located in the mesh (located outside the mesh in most cases) but affect my calculations. I want to read this file and create a list with locations and input variable.
Is there a command that directly does that? Or do I have to use fscanf, read the file and create the list.
Most of the links I have found contain I/O operations for the mesh and not very helpful.
