issue decomposepar for parallel run.

Hello
I am using bousinesqPimple Foam for heat transfer problem. When using the command decomeposepar it shows an error message wrt a file in 0 directory. I checked whether the filename has any whitespace,(tried replacing it aswell), (file T).But it shows the same error msg. COuld anyone let me know whats the issue. I am using OF 2.3.0 I face the same issue when trying to use foamToVTK for the results run in series simulation (same case).
