Hello everyone,
I am working on the pre-processing for the flow simulation around an aircraft wing. I am using the tool surfaceFeatureExtract before running snappyHexMesh, but I get a weird result when I visualise the extracted edges with Paraview: they are at a distance from the .stl surface. *see attachment "Edge1"* Does anyone know what the cause of this problem can be? Could it possibly be simply an issue with Paraview that does not display the surfaces and edges correctly? |

SOLVED: It was due to a wrong view setting: Parallel projection must be ticked.
