Hi All,
I want to change the inlet BC (from 20 m/s to 50 m/s) and use the previous results. Everything else is exactly the same, i.e. mesh, BC types etc. I know the results of 20 m/s case should be mapped on the new case. Code:
mapFields <source path> -consistent -sourceTime latesttime Thanks |

You can modify the U-file in your latest time directory (change the inlet velocity) and adapt your controlDict (startFrom latestTime). Donīt forget to choose an appropriate endTime in your controlDict.
By doing so you are able to resume the simulation with a different inlet velocity. |
