I am using the domain of the dpmfoam test case- Goldschmidt.
In the default test case the velocity inlet is from the entire bottom surface of the cuboidal domain, but I would like to restrict the velocity inlet to be just from the center of the bottom surface (like a jet of air from the bottom center).
How will I proceed with changing the boundary condition? Please help.

two options available:
1- change the inlet in your grid
2-using groovyBC

However the option one is more accurate

Dear Mr.Nima Samkhaniani,

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I changed the grid and it worked perfectly!
I converted the grid into 3 hex blocks (one central block with the rectangular bottom jet and the two other blocks on its either sides) and it got merged by face matching.
I have attached the screenshot

Thanking You,
Ronith Stanly

Can you please let me know how to view the solid volume fraction in paraview? I am only able to see the volume fraction of air- I want the particles to be coloured based on the volume fraction, like the attached image (from literature). Please help.

use paraview calculator, solid volume fraction would be:
Code:
solidVolumeFraction = 1.0 - airVolumeFraction;
