checkMesh fails, non closed Cells is there any possibility to close them?

Hi everyone,
I have a Mesh which has different kind of grids: the structured and there is some unstructured parts.

When I try to convert the mesh, everything goes fine, but the checkMesh fails 2 checks.
It seems, that there are some open Cells in this "intersection".

Is there any possibility to patch this?

this is the checkMesh response:

Hello Ventins,

I don't think so, it has anything to do with mesh conversion. Improve your mesh quality in your mesh generating tool. Also, you have pretty high mesh non-orthogonality. Even, if you don't get any problem with open faces. You might face problems due to high non-orthogonality.

Thank you, very much for your reply! I'll try to improve the mesh.
And while I'm at it, I should get rid of those internal walls
