I think this is very important topic to discuss, as it is discussion forum. i don't get replies, i'm very disappointed here on this forum but i want all seniors to share their experience about BC's in their own words.

I'm new here and i want to understand few things. i don't know whether i'm posting this thread on right forum or not, Anyways.

My Question consists of two parts.

{PART A}

1) besides BC's what is important for the convergence of solution?

2)in my case interfoam,RAS,Waterchannel, during simulation my courant no. once in the start appears greater than 1. is it correct? or it will effect my simulation?

{PART B}

According to my question when, where and why we apply the following BC's, here i want especially the seniors and experienced one's to share their experience in their own words to understand clearly.
