OpenFoam probe function file looks weird

Hello everyone! Looking for your advice here folks.

I want to plot energy spectra for my OpenFoam simulation. After a brief research I decided to extract velocity data using probes in order to then process it in Matlab.

Probes seem to be working fine but I ran into a weird complication. Output data file's structure is absolutely impenetrable, not only for Matlab's data import tool but for any software. What I mean is the numbers are present and they seem to be right but the column with numbers is all messed up... basically it's supposed to be straight but it isn't. It's hard to explain so I attached screenshots -- as you can see i have six pressure probes which are all neat and tidy, and velocity probes are just ahdgfkajfhdjfdhsk. The only solution i can think of right now is to open data file in excel and to straighten it up manually which is a crazy idea considering there are tens of thousands of numbers.

Please if you have any ideas on what can be done here, I would be happy to hear them.

Regards, Anton.
