decomposePar -latestTime -fields -fileHandler uncollated
 
has anyone also observed that when running decomposePar with -fileHandler uncollated the chosen mode in controlDict is still used -> so the given fileHandler commandline option is not respected by decomposeParDict. (v2012)

Sounds odd. Make a GitLab issue, maybe check if it's the same in v2106.
