hi guys,
I have got some problems when I run the decomposePar command. Specifically, this command is stuck in a certain position and cannot go on. As shown in the following statement.

[Number of processor faces = 7102
Max number of cells = 25189 (0.6465561893% above average 25027.18519)
Max number of processor patches = 7 (110% above average 3.333333333)
Max number of faces between processors = 816 (55.11123627% above average 526.0740741)

Time = 0

This problem has troubled me for a long time, can anyone help me?
Thanks!

Hi Gary Smith,

The errors may be inside the type codeStream implemented in pointDisplacement.boundaryField.PARTICLE. Would you please share some information about the BC implemented in the 0 folder?

When you run decomposePar, all the dynamic libraries are created before making all processor* folders, so if the BC is bad implemented then the decomposition process will fail.

hey Lorenzo210, thanks for your reply. A few days ago, I changed some parameters setting in pointDisplacement and add a libs program in controlDict, and somehow, the program could continue to calculate. Anyway, thanks again and have a nice day.
