Pressure high between two patches in normal pipe flow

2 Attachment(s)
I am working in normal flow through the pipe for that. I am meshing it in snappyHexMesh. the checkMesh is showing that mesh is okay. But after solving it in pimpleFoam it shows a pressure discontinuity around the junction of two patches( lobe and wall).
Total 3 patches :
1. inlet
2. body(wall)
3. lobe(outlet)
pressure: inlet---> fixedValue 0 ; body ----> zeroGradient ; lobe ---> zeroGradient;
Velocity: inlet---> zeroGradient ; body ----> noSlip; lobe ---> fixedValue (0 0 0.001024);

Here I am attaching snappyHexMesh, pressure contour, and case file.Attachment 90922

can anyone suggest what I should do to solve this pressure issue?
Thanks .
Note: when I am using Ansys meshing, this problem gets solved.
I noticed This pressure discontinuity is happening between two zeroGradient pressure BC.
