Hi,
I created a mesh in Ansys workbench and exported it as ascii msh file. It's a external flow domain with a UAV (body, elevator and wing separate) I then use OF's fluent3DMeshToFoam to convert it to OF's format. Everything seems to work w/o error. However, I realised that there's an extra BC appearing in the polyMesh/boundary file: wall-solid1 type wall I used paraview and found that it corresponds to small portion of the body surface. So what should I do? Should I use createPatch to combine it with the body BC? Also, why is there an extra BC? I n workbench, all the surfaces have been defined usign named selections. |
