Mapping boundary condition

Hello everyone.
I want to map velocity field from experimental data for each time steps.
So I don't know how to do that.
In UserGuide from OpenFOAM, it is written I have to use 'timeVaryingMapped' for inlet but it is insufficient to me.
I've heard that I have to make 'boundaryData' folder in 'constant' folder.
Then I have to make 'inlet' folder and 'outlet' folder.
Then I have to make text file that defines nodes in inlet and corresponding velocity.
But I don't know how to do that exactly.

First, I don't know how to extract inlet nodes.
Uploaded picture is list of inlet nodes that someone has done before.
But I don't know how he did this.

Second, I don't know how to match inlet velocity list with inlet node lists.
Uploaded picture is list of inlet velocity that someone has done before.
But I don't know how they are matched.
In my guess, first row of inlet node is corresponed to first row of inlet velocity. Right?
It is not, how can I match them?

Thank you~! :)

Oh I've just thought a way to solve it.
I think I should try it first.
Nevertheless, if I fail to solve it, I'm going to post this again.
Thank you~! :)
