This is my first time using OpenFOAM (or CFD software in general). I'm using OpenFOAM 11. I'm looking at the pitzDailySteady and the plateHole tutorials, and I'm confused as to how they specified that nu meant kinematic viscosity for one, and Poisson's ratio for the other.
I don't know how they differentiated between the physical properties of the fluid and the physical properties of the steel mesh. ![]() Apologies if this is extremely simple, I am just very lost. |
