Hello, I am doing a steady-state sim and I want to define a normal velocity on an outlet which is the inside face of a cylinder. So I'm trying to use the fixedNormalInletOutletVelocity condition in my U file for this outlet. But I can't find information on how to set a constant value of the magnitude (e.g. 0.1 m/s), the API guide just mentions a time-varying sine function. Does anyone know how to write this U boundary condition for a constant normal velocity?

Alternatively, is there a way to define a mass flow on the outlet that is spread evenly ? (rather than some faces with a much higher mass flow than others)

Thank you
