Hi,
Is there any mass flow rate boudary condition which I can set it's direction in cylindrical coordinate? Something like massflowrate in CFX for inlet?

Hi,

It seems like the cylindricalInletVelocity might be what you are looking for? Although it only specifies a velocity, not a flowrate.

Cheers,
Tom

Thank you Tom. Currently I'm using swirlInletVelocity which allows me to set radial and tangential velocity but not (mass)flow rate.
Also I have seen "cylindricalInletVelocity" which is similar to "swirlFlowRateInletVelocity"(using flow rate) but I can't understand how to import my tangential direction as the rpm.

Well, those were the other candidates that I could think of. I guess it depends on your exact situation what might work.

Is there any custom boundary condition or a place to search for them?

Hi,

There is the option of expressions. Or the coded option.

Both have some syntax that needs to be studied carefully.

Not sure if there is any example around.

Regards,
Tom
