Hi,
I've been running the damBreak3D benchmark for about a month and I want to profile the MPI messaging with OpenMPI. I've tried out TAU, kojak and vampir and it requires instrumenting the Makefile or files that call MPI routines. I've tried to instrument the main makefile under Wmake directory and parallelProcessing Makefile for ParMetis but have not seen my profile (I don't think parallel run calls ParMetis). What is your recommendation for best way to instrument OpenFOAM for MPI profiling? Thanks in advance. |
