Hi

I wish to create a cylindrical baffle insed a mesh of a cyclone separator.

I have created the cyclone body as a single domain in a CAD package, exported it as *step, and meshed it in netgen.

In netgen i merged all the walls as a single BC index, and left three separate BC indexes for the inlet, and the two outlets.

But there is no internal cylindrical baffle to separate the inlet port from the central part of the cyclone.

How do i proceed to create such baffles in OF ?

Are they created in OF, or must i use a meshing software like GMSH or Netgen to create them prior to exporting the mesh...?

BRGDS
