Dear all,
I want to simulate smoke caused by a fire. A small description of my case: smoke source of v=4.71e-3 m3 inside a room of 1x1x1 m3 . I want to express the Heat release rate(HRR)according to t-squared method= alpha x time^2; where alpha is a constant depending of the fire type. Now, how can I add HRR as a source in the energy equation for only the smoke source. Thank you in advance, |

Hi,
sorry if I am a little off topic are you using fireFOAM? https://github.com/fireFoam-dev http://code.google.com/p/firefoam-dev/ there is a "conference" with lots of interesting presentations https://sites.google.com/site/firemodelingworkshop/ |
