Find distance from a cell to a Boundary patch
I have two questions that hope somebody can give me a hit to find and answer or find a better approach:
1. I would like to know how to find the distance from all internal cells to a given boundary patch (fix) at run time in OpenFOAM :confused:
2. How to get the distance from a cell that has an alpha<=0.5, in interFoam, to a fix cell that has an alpha around 0.045<=alpha>=0.05 and then use the data to solve a PDE that only applies to such cells:confused: (like a water surface elevation)
Were you ever able to find an optimal solution to do this?
