BC for epsilon at wall for Nagano-Tagawa's k-epsilon model

Hi all,
I am trying to implement Nagano-Tagawa's k-epsilon model in OpenFOAM.

As mentioned in this site :: http://www.cfd-online.com/Wiki/Low-Re_k-epsilon_models, it mentions that the boundary condition for epsilon at the wall which is given by: https://mail-attachment.googleuserco...6lvDM&sadssc=1

Could anyone with idea in this explain how do I employ this boundary condition for epsilon at the wall in OpenFOAM???

So far what I have thought is that we could perhaps employ this expression into the source code of epsilonWallFunction by replacing the existing expression : https://mail-attachment.googleuserco...0v_64ccRgwPve4

Does that make sense??

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks
Nikesh.
