Hi guys,

\begin{array}{l}
{a_p}{u_p} = \sum {{a_n}{u_n} - \nabla p,} \\
{a_p}{u_p} = \sum {{a_n}{u_n} - \int {\nabla p} dv}
\end{array}

The first one in the famous Ueqn in Jasak's thesis. but isn't it should be the below one?

Thanks in advance.

It would help if you give a more specific reference (i.e. equation number)

Its in his Ph.D. thesis page 145, 3.136.
I think its not correct, it should be:
{a_p}{u_p} = \sum {{a_n}{u_n} - \nabla p_f}
While it does not matter..do you think so?

my bad. \int {\nabla p} dv .................. \nabla p_f
Jasak is rite, its a kind of semi-discretised form of equation. the pressure gradient is not discretised at this stage.
