Dear All,
I am trying to validate the swirl flow in Gas Turbine model combustor with DES simulation OpenFOAM. In the Detached Eddy simulation there is RANS region and SGS region and I want to use Upwind Scheme for RANS and Central difference scheme for the SGS region. The question is whether there is any such scheme already available in OpenFOAM or I have to implement it my or any idea how to accomplish this with the currently existing schemes. For reference: Detached Eddy Simulation of Massively Separated Flows, Strelets, M. AIAA-2001-0879. Any comments about how to achieve this are welcomed. Thanks in advance. Sohail |
