Dear Foamers

1. I managed to add porousmedia to reactingFoam, it works, but I am not sure if I did it right...

How do you validate the solver after modification? could you please share your experience?

I did some runs with rhoPorousSimpleFoam, and reactingPorousFoam, it works, it is the same results, but still there are several staff I did not understand in the Pimple solver and Simple solver.

Do I have to add something additionally for Pimple solver? (but I guess I will have to check my result after each simulation with my own solver...because i can't trust myself)))

2. I don't know if it is implicit or explicit solution. nUCorrectors = 0 in transient simulation?

so all transient simulations are explicit?

Hi Filanks, thank you for putting information here. I am working on adding porousmedia to reactingFoam (have just started). You said you have managed to do this already. I wonder if you could share the detailed infomation how did you mange to do this (is it possible to share the openfoam file?)? it will be greatly helpful for my work. Thank you.
