modeling atmospheric pollution

Hello everybody,

I often consult this extraordinary forum when I have trouble programming in OpenFOAM and I often find my happiness. Currently, I am working on a problem of modeling air pollution. I based SOWFA code and I modified it by integrating an equation of pollutant dispersion. I modeled with the pollution source with a Gaussian. But I found during my post-treatment results (ParaView) instead that the concentration is represented as being spherical is cylindrical.
So I checked if I haven't made a mistake when I have modeled the source term of my transport equation. So I displayed this term on paraView and indeed this is a punctual source point.
If you need aditional information to be able to help me I am at your disposal.

Thanks

Anass

Here is a multiple figures of the results. In the first picture you can see the Concentration of polluant. The wind is directed from left to right. On the second and third figures you can see that puff of pollutant moves. On the last figure I present the pollutant source. As you can see, the concentration was not the same shape as the source. One is cylindrical (C) and the other is spherical (S). I wish that C has the same shape as S. Thanks for your help.
