I am running a dynamic mesh case using OpenFOAM 2.0.1 and would like to access the orientation tensor (sixDoFRigidBodyMotion.orientation()) for the geometry, from the top-level of the solver. Writing Foam::sixDoFRigidBodyMotion.orientation() does not work. This is because sixFoFRigidBodyDisplacement is a boundary condition (for the pointVectorField pointDisplacement). So effectively I am trying to access a function associated with a boundary condition. This is not trivial to do, since the name of the patch and type of boundary condition are not known/constant. If anyone can provide any assistance, or point me in the right direction to sort this out myself, I would be very grateful. Kind Regards, Clarence
