Hi,

I am running a LES FireFoam simulation with the fvDOM radiation model with a constant coefficient soot model for a compartment fire, using liquid n-dodecane (C12H26) as the fuel. I looked at the tutorial for Small Pool Fire (2D/3D) and saw that they have Temperature dependent Grey Mean Absoprtion Emission Coefficients for spectral radiation for CO2, H2O, CH4, N2, and O2 species (defined in radiationProperties). However, I am not using CH4 as the fuel. I was wondering if someone knows where I can obtain the coefficients for C12H26? Please advise.
Code:
C12H26
    {
        Tcommon         200;
        Tlow            200;
        Thigh           2500;
        invTemp         false;

        loTcoeffs
        (
            0
            0
            0
            0
            0
            0
        );
        hiTcoeffs
        (
            What goes here?
        );
    }

Hello all,
I have the same question as mentioned at this topic.
Can anyone tell me what's the answer? My fuel is C7H16
Also can some one explain about this model (greyMeanAbsorptionEmission)

Yes I have found the coefficients for H2O, CO2 and C7H16 from the papers

Did anyone find the coefficient database? or can I use any other absorption model whose coefficients are easily obtainable.
