BC in which to set gradient for, or access, different species Y

Hi peeps,

I need to implement a boundary condition (fvPatchField) for reactingFoam, where the gradient for one species is calculated and due to reactions on that boundary other species are affected. Let's say, I have SiH4 (Silan) and this is reacting on that boundary so that Si sticks on it (=> inlet, let's say on a wafer) and 2H2 is emitted (=> outlet).
How can I implement such a boundary condition? How can I access and set the gradient for another species (one (H2) or more, depending on the reaction) from one boundary condition?
Would it be better to do that in a modified reactingFoam solver? How could I do that?

I would be very very happy to get some answers to this question!

Many thanks in advance!!
