[Contribution] Implementation of three turbulence models in openFoam

One of our master students implemented three nice RANS models in OF2.2x.
It works for later versions as well.
Explicit Algebraic Reynolds stress model, two versions: Wallin-Johansson and Menter Formulation
Chien Low Reynolds kEpsilon,
Davidson v2f
