imparting specified motion to a boundary for sixDOFRigidBodyMotionSolver

I am running a simulation where I am doing a 2D case of a swimmer diving into water using InterDyMFoam. I would like to impart the deformation of the boundary as a function of time so the swimmer is deformed in each time step as per an equation I specify.

I have taken a look into the sixDOFRigidBodyMotionSolver and it uses a scaling factor to deform the mesh.

i would like to know how I can integrate this specified deformation into the solver.

PS: I am using an overset mesh algorithm to move the swimmers mesh with respect to the background mesh so the swimmers mesh mush deform only locally to take into account the change in orientation of the swimmer.

To avoid confusion i am attaching the overset mesh of the swimmers mesh and the background mesh in the pic attached.
