Hey Foamers,

I am new to OpenFoam and looking to work on a Topology optimization problem for compressible flows.

As far as I understand, the adjointshapeOptimizationFoam code works on simple algorithm for incompressible flows. It solves the adjoint equations in a similar manner too.

Is there a way to modify it for compressible sub-sonic flows ? If so, what approach should I take ? I'm open to any suggestions on getting started in this direction.

Thanks,
Shinjan
