Cell area calculation and cell proximity to other patch -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

ianjikar New Member Ishan Anjikar Join Date: Mar 2018 Posts: 21 Rep Power: 8	Hi all, I have 2 patches and i am modifying simplefoam code. I need a way to solve the following two problems: 1. a way to identify cells from patch1 which are close to patch2 2. Calculate surface area of cells of patch2 Thank you in advance. Also, i started coding just few months back, so please consider that while replying.
