Default block coupled approach support in OpenFOAM 4.x?

Hi All,

I know there is a support for blockLduMatrix in foam-extend.
But I am wondering if the same or simular approach is supported in OpenFOAM 4.x or dev.

It would be highly appreciated if someone let me know.
