Hey guys,

I getting an error when I try to compile a modified solver. The error I am getting when putting the command wmake is :

make: *** No rule to make target 'Make/linux64GccDPInt32Opt/myComponentFoam.C.dep', needed by 'Make/linux64GccDPInt32Opt/myComponentFoam.o'. Stop.

All what I did is copying a interForm solver in my working directory and modifying Make/file with the new name and changing the source code to my new solver name

The Make/files
myComponentFoam.C
EXE = $(FOAM_USER_APPBIN)/myComponentFoam

my solver source file is called myComponentFoam.C

I tried to remove old .dep files using the command wclean and rm -rf linuxGccDP0pt.... but that didn't fix the error.

something to mention, I am using windows 10, not sure if that is causing the issue

Please help if you have an idea of how to resolve this issue ?
